TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Patient’s will always be assessed and treated by a qualified Graduate sport rehabilitator registered with the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and therapists (BASRaT)

Assessment’s and treatments will usually be on a one-to-one basis (unless otherwise agreed) occasionally for training and quality assurance you may be asked if a second therapist observes your treatment.

Children Under 16 years of age or vulnerable adults must be accompanied by a parent, guardian. Children between 16 years of age and 17 years of age must have parent or guardian present to give written consent during your first appointment  but are not required to stay or attend ongoing appoinments.

Fees for Injury Assessment/Treatment

Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation

Initial Assessment 60 minutes £55

Follow up treatment  up to 60 mins £55

Sports and deep tissue massage

60 minutes £55

30 minutes £35

 90 minutes £80

Letters & Reports

Requested reports and/or letters are charged in respect of the total time taken to prepare them. They are based on the standard therapy costs as shown above. 

Gp Referral for scans and further investigation £35

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid charge. Late cancellations and no shows within the 24 hour period will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Failure to pay will cease your right to be treated at Endurance Sport Injury Clinic

Clinic Appointments

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, it will be at the discretion of the therapist if they can be treated or not. 

Payment Terrms

Payment for services offered at Endurance Sport Injury Clinic is to be mad in full during you appointment we accept cash, card and bank transfer.

Insurance & Regulation

We confirm that Endurance sport injury clinic and its therapists hold the appropriate professional indemnity insurance. We confirm that our sports therapist and rehabilitators are regulated by the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and therapists (BASRaT).

GDPR

Endurance sport injury clinic confirm that. All data held by us is processed in accordance with GDPR. Please see our privacy policy for how we handle data.

Consent

Clients are required to consent to assessment and treatment. They are expected to respect the clinician during the treatment sessions. Aggressive and/or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Termination of Therapy

Endurance sport injury clinic reserves the right to terminate therapy at any time. 

Endurance sport injury clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
